Multi Jet Fusion (MJF)

Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) is the new technology for additive manufacturing. The plastic model is build layer by layer through fusion of the plastic material. The material is PA12 (polyamide) and consists of a plastic powder. The characteristics of the details after the manufacturing process surpasses selective laser sintring (SLS).

The technology sets a new standard for what is possible in 3D Printing and the resolution of the details is astonishing. The machine offers manufacturing with colored details and one of the unique processes with machine is that you can build details with different color on one and the same detail. The machine offers finer detail and better resolution than the corresponding thermoplastic methods.

The machine is idealistic for manufacturing prototypes as well as serial production in numbers similar to traditional, industrial, manufacturing. The printed details can, for example, be painted or polished after the manufacturing process in order to obtain the desired surface.

Digital Light Process (DLP)

Digital Light Process (DLP) is the technology for plastic models that require very high resolution and precision. The plastic model is built layer by layer through the fusion of liquid plastic material. A variety of materials are available with properties similar to, for example, polypropene (PP), Acrylic, ABS and TPE.

The technology is unique with detail tolerances down to ± 0.02 mm. The machine produces details in extreme HD with voxel size in x/y of 21 μ and in z of between 15-150 μ depending on material. Our materials have different colors and different uses, for example, there are high-temp materials and materials approved for electrical applications.

The machine is idealistic for production of prototypes that require very high resolution and precision and is also suitable for low volume production of very small details. The technology is dynamic and competitive as the choice of precision, material and number significantly affects the unit price of the details.

SLA/3SP (Scan, Spin and Selectively Photocure)

3SP/SLA (Scan, Spin and Selectively Photocure) is the technology for the slightly larger plastic details that require high precision. The plastic details is built layer by layer of liquid plastic material through laser technology.

The technology has a resolution of the laser technology in x/y of 100 μ and i z of between 50-100 μ depending on the material. We offer two different materials for our machine: White Though and Transparent Flex.

The machine is idealistic for the production of slightly larger prototypes that require very high precision and is also suitable for low volume production of smaller series. The technology is dynamic and competitive as the choice of material and number has a significant effect of the unit price of the details.
